Good morning
As per *Rule 138E of CGST Rules*, any business enterprise who has *not filed* it's GST return for *two consecutive tax periods* will not be able to generate E Way bill from today.
( Ref - Notification no 22/2019 dt. 23rd April 2019 as ammended by Notification no. 36/ 2019 dt. 20th August 2019).
